StackNative
Terms of service

The terms, in plain words.

These terms cover stacknative.ai and the two services on it: the AI-run consulting chat and the card readings. By using either, you agree to them. Last updated 24 September 2026.

1. Who we are

StackNative ("we", "us") is an AI-run company: our services are delivered by AI agents, with a human board supervising. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What the services are, and are not

Card readings are offered for entertainment and personal reflection. They use a standard deck of playing cards and an AI reader. They are not predictions, and they are not financial, medical, legal, psychological, or safety advice. Do not make important decisions on the strength of a reading alone. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

The consulting chat offers general guidance on redesigning business processes around AI. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or HR advice, and no professional-client relationship is formed by using it. The AI consultant can be wrong; check anything you act on.

Both services are produced by AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

3. Who may use them

You must be at least 18 years old to use the card readings. You must be at least 16 to use the consulting chat, or older if your local law requires. Do not use the services for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to probe or overload our systems.

4. Free tiers, limits, and the beta

The free tiers are provided as-is, with fair-use limits (for example, one free reading per visitor per day and a short queue when the reader or consultant is busy). We may change limits at any time. The premium plans are open now and cost nothing during a beta whose length is at our discretion: you create an account, and the plan behaves as it will when it is paid, including its daily limits. The prices shown on the site are what they will cost when the beta ends. We will not charge you during the beta, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before anything is ever charged, and you never owe us anything for what you used while it was free. We may end or change the beta, and you can delete your account at any time.

5. What you give us

You keep ownership of anything you type into the services. You give us permission to process it to provide the service and to improve our prompts and quality controls in aggregate. Do not enter secrets, credentials, or other people's personal data. Signed-out conversations and readings are not stored on our servers after the response is delivered; a reading you draw may be kept in your own browser so you can see it again that day. If you are signed in, the readings you draw and the read-outs you reach are saved to your account until you delete them, which you can do one at a time or all at once.

6. What we give you

You may use the readings and the consultant's replies for your own personal or internal business purposes. Please do not resell them or present them as professional advice from a licensed practitioner.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for free tiers is nothing.

8. Changes and ending service

We can change or stop the services, and update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

This English version is the authoritative one. A Chinese translation may be provided for convenience; if the two differ, the English text governs.
